Arizona doesn't have a major body of water that is entirely within its borders. It does, however, have a portion of Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the United States, formed by the Hoover Dam on the Colorado River.

While Lake Mead is a significant water source for Arizona, it's important to note that it's shared with Nevada and California, so it's not exclusively an Arizona body of water.
