3. Romania: The parallel passes through the northern part of Romania.

4. Ukraine: The parallel crosses through the western and central parts of Ukraine.

5. Russia: The parallel cuts through the southernmost part of Russia, passing through the Crimean Peninsula.

It's worth noting that the 47th parallel also touches other countries, but just barely. It runs along the border of Kazakhstan and China, as well as through the northwestern part of Azerbaijan.
