    That's mostly correct! Materials that do not conduct electrical charges well are called insulators.

    While it's true that insulators resist the flow of electricity, it's important to note that no material is a perfect insulator. Even materials considered excellent insulators, like rubber or glass, can conduct a tiny amount of electricity under extreme conditions, like extremely high voltage.

    So, while insulators are excellent at blocking the flow of electricity, they don't completely stop it entirely.
