  • Understanding the Role of Conducting Wires in Electrical Circuits
    The conducting wire is the part of the electrical circuit or an electrical appliance which allows the passage of electric current when connected between the two points of different potentials. Usually in an electrical circuit conducting wire is used to connect two components and allow the electric current to flow through it as per the difference of potential between the points where it is connected. Here are some main and basic functions of conducting wires:

    * Conducting wires are used to provide a complete electrical path for the flow of electric current between various electrical components of a circuit such as cell, switch, bulb, motor, etc.
