The CEO of MoviePass did crunch numbers and estimated that if AMC Theatres joined with them, AMC's stock price could potentially grow over 440%. However, since these predictions, MoviePass lost 90% of it's subscribers and filed for bankruptcy protection. Therefore, its uncertain how much credit those crunched numbers can hold water at this time.
