Samsung has officially announced the date for its upcoming Galaxy Unpacked 2019 event, where the company is expected to unveil its latest flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S10 lineup. The event will take place on February 20, 2019, at 11 a.m. PST (2 p.m. EST) in San Francisco, California.

While Samsung has not provided any specific details about the devices that will be announced at the event, numerous leaks and rumors have already given us a good idea of what to expect. Here's a brief overview of what we might see at Galaxy Unpacked 2019:

    1. Samsung Galaxy S10: The standard Galaxy S10 is expected to feature a 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with a punch-hole camera in the top-right corner. It is rumored to be powered by Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 855 processor or Samsung's own Exynos 9820 chip, depending on the market. Other expected features include a triple-lens rear camera setup, at least 6GB of RAM, and a 3,000mAh battery.

    2. Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus: The larger Galaxy S10 Plus is rumored to come with a slightly bigger 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED display, featuring the same punch-hole camera design. It is expected to have similar specifications to the standard S10, but with a larger 4,000mAh battery.

    3. Samsung Galaxy S10e: The more affordable Galaxy S10e is said to feature a 5.8-inch flat AMOLED display with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is rumored to have a dual-lens rear camera setup and a 3,100mAh battery.

    4. Samsung Galaxy S10 5G: In addition to the three aforementioned models, Samsung is also expected to announce a 5G-enabled variant of the Galaxy S10 Plus. This device will likely support the recently announced Qualcomm Snapdragon X50 5G modem, allowing it to connect to 5G networks whenever they become available.

Samsung may also use the Galaxy Unpacked event to showcase other devices and products, such as new wearables, earbuds, and other accessories. As always, we can expect Samsung to make some major announcements at this event, so stay tuned for all the details when the Galaxy Unpacked 2019 takes place on February 20th.
