A new Twitter account called _DebitCardTweeter_ aims to shame people into better money management habits by tweeting your debit card spending on an hourly basis. If people knew, it says: They wouldn't buy it.

The premise is simple-you add DebitCardTweeter as a notification recipient for text alerts sent by your bank, and the service automatically translates those into automated tweets detailing exactly what you bought, where you bought it, and how much you paid. These are then broadcast to all your followers for the world to see.
