  • Golgi Apparatus: Chemical Storage & Packaging in Cells
The organelle that stores and packages chemicals is the Golgi apparatus.

    Here's why:

    * Storage: The Golgi apparatus acts like a sorting center, receiving proteins and lipids (fats) from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). It then modifies and packages these molecules into vesicles (small sacs).

    * Packaging: These vesicles can then be transported to other parts of the cell or even secreted outside the cell. This allows the cell to distribute necessary materials where they're needed.

Let me know if you'd like to know more about the Golgi apparatus!
