    Nitrogen itself doesn't turn purple when mixed with anything. Nitrogen is a colorless and odorless gas.

    The closest thing to a purple mixture involving nitrogen would be a nitrogen-based compound called a "purple dye." However, these dyes are complex molecules and wouldn't be created by simply mixing nitrogen with another substance.
