    1. Barium Chloride

    * Barium (Ba): Barium is in group 2 of the periodic table, meaning it has a +2 charge (Ba²⁺).

    * Chloride (Cl): Chlorine is in group 17, meaning it has a -1 charge (Cl⁻).

    To balance the charges, we need two chloride ions for every barium ion. Therefore, the formula for barium chloride is BaCl₂.

    2. Sodium Chromate
