  • Substances at Absolute Zero: Exploring Solid State at 0K
    At 0 Kelvin (absolute zero), all substances are theoretically solids. Here's why:

    * Zero Kelvin: 0 Kelvin represents the absolute lowest possible temperature. At this point, all molecular motion ceases.

    * Solids: Solids have a fixed shape and volume because their constituent particles are tightly packed and vibrate in fixed positions.

    Important Note: While theoretically everything should be solid at 0 Kelvin, achieving this temperature in practice is impossible. The laws of physics prevent us from reaching absolute zero. We can get extremely close, but never truly achieve it.
