There are two types of vaporization:
* Evaporation: This occurs at the surface of a liquid when some of the molecules have enough energy to escape into the air.
* Boiling: This occurs when the liquid reaches its boiling point and the vapor pressure equals the atmospheric pressure, allowing bubbles of vapor to form throughout the liquid.
