  • Silver Phosphate Production from Silver Acetate and Sodium Phosphate
    The balanced chemical equation for the reaction between silver acetate and sodium phosphate is:

    2AgCH3COO(aq) + Na3PO4(aq) → Ag3PO4(s) + 3CH3COONa(aq)

    From the equation, we can see that 2 moles of silver acetate react with 1 mole of sodium phosphate. The molar mass of silver acetate is 166.91 g/mol, and the molar mass of sodium phosphate is 163.94 g/mol. Therefore, 10g of silver acetate is:
