Arsenic (As) is a metalloid with several allotropes, but the most common and stable one is grey arsenic. The conductivity of grey arsenic is poor. It has a resistivity of about 10 to 100 ohm-cm, which is much higher than that of metals like copper or aluminum. This means that grey arsenic does not allow electric current to flow easily.
