  • Interpreting Colored Bands in Solvent Systems: Functional Group Identification (Part 1)
    In Part 1 of the experiment, the different colored bands signified the different functional groups present in the unknown compounds. The table below summarizes the colored bands observed in each solvent and their corresponding functional groups:
