Procedure:
1. Put on your safety goggles and gloves.
4. In a fume hood, carefully add 1.08 mL of concentrated H2SO4 to 1 L of deionized water in a beaker.
5. Stir the solution with a magnetic stir bar until the H2SO4 is completely dissolved.
6. Transfer the solution to a graduated cylinder and add deionized water up to the 1 L mark.
7. Stir the solution again to ensure that it is well-mixed.
