  • Vinegar vs. Soda & Juice: Which is More Harmful to Your Teeth?
The most corrosive to teeth out of soda, juice, and vinegar is vinegar. Vinegar has a high acidic content, which can erode the enamel on teeth. Soda and juice also contain acids, but not as much as vinegar. Drinking soda and juice in moderation and rinsing your mouth with water afterward can help reduce the risk of tooth erosion.
