  • Paraffin Separation from Crude Oil: The Role of Fractional Distillation
Fractional distillation is the property of paraffin used to separate them from crude oil. Paraffin is a waxy substance found in crude oil and can be separated by heating the crude oil to a high temperature and then allowing it to cool slowly. The paraffin will solidify at a higher temperature than the other components of the crude oil, allowing it to be easily separated.
