A homogeneous mixture is a mixture in which the composition is uniform throughout the mixture. This means that the composition of the mixture is the same at any point in the mixture. In other words, the mixture is uniform in composition.
A mixture of water and glycerol is homogeneous because the two liquids are completely miscible. This means that the two liquids can dissolve into each other in any proportion. When water and glycerol are mixed together, they form a single phase, and there is no visible boundary between the two liquids. The mixture is therefore homogeneous.
