  • Carbonated Water vs. Regular Water: Which Boils Faster?
Carbonated water boils at the same temperature as regular water. The carbon dioxide gas in carbonated water does not affect the boiling point of the water. The boiling point of water is determined by the atmospheric pressure and the dissolved solids in the water. Carbonated water has a slightly lower boiling point than pure water because of the dissolved carbon dioxide gas, but the difference is negligible.
