  • The Location of DNA: Understanding the Cell Nucleus
    The DNA of a cell is found in the nucleus.

    The nucleus is like the control center of the cell, and it houses the cell's genetic material, which is in the form of DNA.

    There are some exceptions, like in red blood cells, which lose their nucleus when they mature. However, in most cells, the DNA is neatly stored within the nucleus.
