  • Ribosomes: The Protein Production Hub in Your Cells
The part of the human body that exports proteins is the ribosome.

    Here's why:

    * Ribosomes are the cellular machinery responsible for protein synthesis. They read the genetic code from messenger RNA (mRNA) and use it to assemble amino acids into proteins.

    * While ribosomes themselves don't directly export proteins, they are the site of protein production.

    * Once a protein is synthesized, it may be transported to other parts of the cell or exported outside the cell through various mechanisms, depending on the protein's function.

    To clarify:

    * The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) and Golgi apparatus are important organelles that play roles in protein folding, modification, and transport.

    * The cell membrane is the outer boundary of the cell and serves as the gatekeeper for protein export.

So, while the ribosome is where the protein is made, the process of exporting it involves several other cellular components.
