  • Understanding Human Cells: Eukaryotic vs. Prokaryotic
Two types of cells found in the human body are:

    1. Eukaryotic cells: These are the most common type of cells in the human body. They have a nucleus that contains their genetic material (DNA) and other membrane-bound organelles. Examples include muscle cells, nerve cells, and skin cells.

    2. Prokaryotic cells: These are found only in bacteria, which are single-celled organisms that live in and on the human body. They lack a nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles.
