The largest cell produced by the human body is the female egg cell (oocyte). It is about 0.1 mm in diameter, which is visible to the naked eye.

While there are other large cells in the body, like muscle fibers, nerve cells, and some types of white blood cells, the female egg cell consistently takes the crown for the largest.
