1. Endomorphy: Characterized by a round, soft, and fat body build.

3. Ectomorphy: Characterized by a thin and linear body build.
While there are three main categories, individuals can fall anywhere on a spectrum within each category. This means that a person can be primarily endomorphic with some mesomorphic traits, or primarily ectomorphic with some endomorphic traits, and so on.
