    Uses of Bacterial Transformation:

    * Protein Production: Genes for specific proteins, like insulin or growth hormone, can be inserted into bacteria, which then produce these proteins for use in medicine.

    * Gene Therapy: Bacterial transformation plays a role in developing gene therapy approaches for treating genetic diseases.

    Important Note:

    While bacteria are used to copy DNA, the process itself is not entirely "bacterial." It involves human intervention to create the plasmids, induce bacterial competence, and extract the copied DNA. The bacteria serve as a tool for efficient DNA replication.
