  • Monera Kingdom: Understanding Prokaryotic Organisms
Single-celled organisms that do not have a nucleus belong to the Monera kingdom.

This kingdom encompasses all prokaryotic organisms, which are characterized by the absence of a true nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles. The Monera kingdom includes bacteria and archaea.

It's important to note that the traditional five-kingdom classification system (Monera, Protista, Fungi, Plantae, Animalia) is no longer widely accepted. Modern classification systems, like the three-domain system, place bacteria and archaea in separate domains.
