    Frangipani trees reproduce through a process called sexual reproduction, which involves the union of male and female gametes. Here's a breakdown:

    1. Flowers and Pollination:

    * Flowers: Frangipani trees produce fragrant, showy flowers that come in various colors, including white, yellow, pink, and red.

    * Pollination: The flowers are pollinated by insects, mainly bees and butterflies, which are attracted to their nectar. As they move from flower to flower, they transfer pollen, which contains the male gametes, from the anthers (male reproductive part) of one flower to the stigma (female reproductive part) of another.

    2. Fertilization and Seed Development:

    * Fertilization: Once the pollen reaches the stigma, it germinates, forming a pollen tube that grows down the style to the ovary. Inside the ovary, the pollen tube releases the sperm, which fertilizes the ovules (female gametes).

    * Seed Development: After fertilization, the ovules develop into seeds, which are typically contained within a pod or fruit.

    3. Seed Dispersal and Germination:

    * Seed Dispersal: Frangipani seeds are dispersed by wind or animals. The pods or fruits can split open, releasing the seeds, or they can be eaten by animals that later excrete the seeds in their droppings.

    * Germination: When conditions are favorable (moisture, temperature, and light), the seeds will germinate, sprouting roots and shoots to develop into new frangipani trees.

    In addition to sexual reproduction, frangipani trees can also be propagated through:
