  • Coenzyme Compositum: Understanding Uses & Composition | Heel
Coenzyme compositum is a trademarked medication produced by Heel GmbH. It is a homeopathic injectable solution containing trace amounts of 57 plant and animal extracts, including extracts of organs such as the heart and liver. Each 10 ml vial contains 2.2 mg equivalent.

It is used in homeopathy and alternative medicine for the general treatment of a variety of symptoms, including the treatment of general weakness and fatigue, and of the symptoms of flu, colds and upper respiratory tract conditions, although there is no quality evidence for its efficacy.

The use of Coenzyme compositum is based on the principles of homeopathy, an alternative medical system based on the belief that like cures like, as well as the law of similars. It is believed that by administering a substance that produces symptoms similar to those of the illness, the body's natural healing response can be stimulated.
