  • Animal Cell Membrane: Structure, Function & Importance
Cell membrane-The outermost part of an animal cell, separating the inner contents from the cell's surroundings.

The cell membrane holds all of the organelles in place to form an individual structure of an animal while protecting everything at all costs for life, including maintaining cellular homeostasis for optimal functionality, protecting from harmful substances coming and going through cellular respiration from the animal cells.
