    5. Daylight Hours: The length of daylight changes with the seasons. This was used in the past, and still can be used today, to estimate the general time of year.

    Limitations:

    * Accuracy: While these methods can be useful for general timekeeping, they are not as accurate as modern clocks.

    * Weather: Cloudy days and night make using the sun to tell time impossible.
