  • Pluto's Unique Orbit: Exploring Inclination Beyond the Ecliptic
The planet that has an orbit that takes it far out of the plane of the ecliptic is Pluto.

While Pluto is no longer classified as a planet, it still holds the distinction of having the most inclined orbit among the dwarf planets. Its orbital plane is tilted at a whopping 17 degrees relative to the ecliptic plane, which is the plane defined by Earth's orbit around the Sun.
