  • Stars of the Little Dipper: Names and Locations
    The Little Dipper is a constellation with seven stars. Here are their names, starting from the "bowl" and moving towards the "handle":

    Bowl:

    * Polaris: The North Star, also known as Alpha Ursae Minoris

    * Dubhe: Beta Ursae Minoris

    * Pherkad: Gamma Ursae Minoris

    * Yildun: Delta Ursae Minoris

    Handle:

    * Zeta Ursae Minoris

    * Eta Ursae Minoris

    * Epsilon Ursae Minoris

    It's important to note that only the first four stars (Polaris, Dubhe, Pherkad, and Yildun) form the distinctive "bowl" shape of the Little Dipper. The remaining three stars form the "handle."
