That's a tricky one! There's no planet in our solar system that has both 19 moons and 1000 rings.

Here's why:

* Moons: Saturn has the most moons in our solar system with 82 confirmed.

* Rings: Saturn is also famous for its magnificent ring system, but even it only has a few thousand individual ring particles, not 1000 rings.

It's possible that somewhere in the vastness of space, there might be a planet with that many moons and rings, but we haven't discovered it yet!
