* Planets: Stars in galaxies are often accompanied by planets. We've discovered thousands of planets outside our solar system, and there are likely many more waiting to be found.
* Black Holes: Many galaxies, including our own, have supermassive black holes at their centers. These are incredibly dense objects with powerful gravity that can swallow up matter.
So, while it's true that galaxies are large groups of stars, they're also much more than that! They're complex, dynamic systems that contain a wide variety of objects and forces.
