  • Andromeda Galaxy Moons: What We Know (and Don't Know)
This is a bit of a trick question! Here's why:

    * Moons orbit planets. Moons are natural satellites that revolve around planets.

    * The Andromeda galaxy is a galaxy. It's a vast collection of stars, planets, gas, and dust. It's much, much larger than a single planet.

So, the Andromeda galaxy itself doesn't have moons. It likely contains billions of planets, and many of those planets likely have moons. But we can't say how many moons exist in the entire Andromeda galaxy, as we haven't discovered all the planets there, let alone their moons!
