* Ceres: The largest object in the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter.
* Eris: A large trans-Neptunian object (TNO) located beyond Neptune.
* Makemake: Another TNO located beyond Neptune.
* Haumea: A very elongated and fast-rotating TNO, also located beyond Neptune.
There are many other objects in our solar system that *could* be classified as dwarf planets, but they haven't been officially confirmed yet. The IAU is constantly reviewing new discoveries and evidence.
