The diameter of the Sun is about 400 times larger than the diameter of the Moon.

This is one of the reasons why we see the Sun and Moon appear roughly the same size in the sky during a solar eclipse. While the Sun is much larger, it's also much further away, making the apparent sizes similar from our perspective on Earth.
