The two stars in the constellation Gemini, which is often called the "Twins", are named Castor and Pollux.

While they are often called "twin stars", they are not actually twins in the astronomical sense. They are different types of stars with different ages and compositions. However, they appear close together in the sky from Earth's perspective, hence the "twin" association.
