  • Finding Cancer the Crab: Location & Visibility
The Cancer constellation doesn't appear in the sky. There is no constellation called "Cancer".

Perhaps you meant Cancer the Crab, which is a constellation in the Northern Hemisphere. It's located:

    * Near the celestial equator (the imaginary line that divides the sky in half)

    * Between Gemini (the twins) and Leo (the lion)

    * Visible in the Northern Hemisphere during spring evenings

Cancer is a faint constellation, so it might be difficult to spot unless you have a star chart and a dark sky.
