  • Sun vs. Earth: A Size and Density Comparison
    You can't fit the Sun into the Earth!

    Here's why:

    * Size: The Sun is significantly larger than Earth. The Sun's diameter is about 109 times the diameter of Earth. That means you could fit over 1 million Earths inside the Sun!

    * Density: The Sun is mostly made of hydrogen and helium, which are gases. Earth is a rocky planet. This means the Sun is much less dense than Earth.

    So, while it's a fun thought experiment, it's physically impossible to fit the Sun inside Earth.
