There are four jovian planets in our solar system:
* Jupiter
* Saturn
* Uranus
* Neptune
Jovian planets are also known as gas giants because they are primarily composed of hydrogen and helium. They are much larger than the terrestrial planets (Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars).
