  • What's the Farthest Object from Earth: Sun, Moon, Mars, or Stars?
The answer is night stars. Here's why:

    * Sun: The Sun is our closest star, about 93 million miles away.

    * Moon: The Moon orbits Earth, making it much closer than the Sun.

    * Mars: Mars is a planet in our solar system, farther away than the Sun.

    * Night Stars: "Night stars" refers to stars outside our solar system. These stars are incredibly distant, with the nearest ones being light-years away. A light-year is the distance light travels in one year, an enormous distance compared to the distances between planets.

So, while the Sun, Moon, and Mars are all within our solar system, the stars we see at night are vastly farther away.
