  • Neptune's Great Dark Spot: The Lost Storm of the Outer Solar System
The planet with a storm-like feature called the Great Dark Spot is Neptune.

This massive storm is similar to Jupiter's Great Red Spot, though it's not quite as large or long-lasting. The Great Dark Spot was first observed by Voyager 2 in 1989, and it was gone when the Hubble Space Telescope looked at Neptune in 1994. However, new dark spots have been observed since then, suggesting that the Great Dark Spot is a recurring feature.
