Here's why:
* The universe is expanding: Everything in the universe is moving away from everything else. This means there isn't a fixed point that everything is expanding around.
* The Big Bang: The Big Bang theory, the prevailing cosmological model, suggests that the universe originated from an incredibly hot, dense state. This doesn't mean there was a specific point in space where it happened, but rather that all of space itself was extremely compact and has been expanding ever since.
* No special location: Our solar system is just one tiny part of the vast universe. There is no reason to believe that it is at any special location within it.
It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking we are at the center, but this is a common misconception. The universe is much bigger and more complex than we can easily imagine!
