* South Africa

* New Zealand

* Antarctica

They are also visible from some parts of the Northern Hemisphere which are close to the equator, like parts of:

* Central America

* Southern Mexico

* Northern parts of South America

Note: While they are visible from these regions, the best viewing conditions are far away from light pollution.
