  • Saturn's Rings: Exploring the Colors of the Ringed Planet
The most famous multi-coloured ringed planet is Saturn.

Saturn's rings are made up of ice and rock particles of various sizes, and they reflect sunlight in different ways, creating a stunning array of colors. While the rings appear mostly pale yellow to the naked eye, they actually display a variety of hues, including:

    * White: The largest, outermost ring (the A ring) is mostly white.

    * Reddish-brown: The Cassini Division (a gap between the A and B rings) appears reddish-brown.

    * Blue: Some parts of the B ring, the brightest and widest ring, appear blue.

While Saturn is the most famous ringed planet with multiple colors, it's worth noting that other gas giants like Jupiter and Uranus also have rings, though they are much fainter and less colorful.
