Pluto is a dwarf planet located very far from Earth. It is extremely cold, with a very thin atmosphere and a surface made of ice and rock. Sending a human mission to Pluto would be incredibly difficult and expensive, and it is not currently within our technological capabilities.

The only spacecraft to have visited Pluto is the New Horizons mission, which flew past the dwarf planet in 2015 and sent back stunning images and data.
