Frank Borman was not the second man on the Moon. He was the commander of the Apollo 8 mission, which orbited the Moon in 1968, but did not land on it.

The first man on the Moon was Neil Armstrong, who was the commander of the Apollo 11 mission in 1969. Buzz Aldrin was the second man on the Moon.
