Here's why:
* Jupiter's Moons: Galileo discovered four of Jupiter's largest moons (Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto) in 1610 using a telescope he built. These moons are now called the Galilean moons.
* Uranus' Moons: Uranus is much fainter than Jupiter and its moons are much smaller and further away. They were not discovered until 1787 by William Herschel using a telescope.
So, while Galileo is credited with a groundbreaking discovery in astronomy, he did not discover Uranus' moons.
